A fresh start for a Jan Juc home with a complete electrical installation

Our electrical installation in Jan Juc project involved a complete electrical refurbishment as part of a full residential renovation overlooking the Jan Juc Reserve. Completed in March 2026, the project delivered a modern, safe and energy-efficient electrical system designed to complement the home’s transformation.

The project included a complete rewire, switchboard upgrade, new power points, custom electrical and lighting design, and energy-efficient LED light installation throughout the home. We developed an electrical layout that maximised functionality and comfort while complementing the home’s connection to its natural surroundings.

Lighting and electrical installation for indoor and outdoor living

A key part of this Jan Juc renovation was extending the electrical installation beyond the home to create functional and inviting outdoor living areas. Additional works included the electrical installation for a new outdoor spa, feature lighting to the front and rear entertaining decks, and professionally designed garden lighting throughout the landscaped outdoor spaces.

Carefully positioned outdoor and feature lighting provides practical illumination while enhancing the home’s architectural and landscaping features after dark. The garden lighting installation also helps create a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor living areas, complementing the property’s coastal setting.

The new outdoor spa required dedicated electrical work as part of the broader residential installation. This was integrated with the other outdoor electrical elements to provide a practical and reliable solution suited to the renovated entertaining area.

Inside the home, the complete rewire and electrical switchboard upgrade provided the foundation for a safer, modern electrical system. New power points and energy-efficient LED lighting were incorporated throughout, with the electrical design tailored to how each space would be used.

From the initial electrical design and residential rewiring through to lighting installation, spa electrical work and final commissioning, every stage was completed with careful attention to detail and in accordance with current Australian Standards.

This project demonstrates Clements Electrics’ capabilities across complete home renovations, residential rewiring, switchboard upgrades, electrical design, LED and feature lighting installation, outdoor and garden lighting, spa electrical installations and quality residential electrical solutions.
