Luxury coastal homes brought to life with electrical installations in Mount Martha

Our electrical installations in Mount Martha project involved the complete electrical installation for two luxury double-storey custom homes on a subdivided block with a shared driveway. Completed over a two-year period, the project required extensive planning, collaboration and innovative electrical design to achieve the architect’s vision while meeting the homeowner’s exacting standards.

With minimal electrical documentation provided during the design phase, Clements Electrics worked closely with the owner to develop a tailored electrical layout that complemented the homes’ sophisticated architectural design and luxurious marble finishes. Every aspect of the electrical installation was carefully considered to balance functionality and aesthetics while providing flexibility for the future.

Custom electrical design and lighting installation

Each residence features a private swimming pool, lift, designer lighting and an extensive outdoor electrical installation. This included feature and garden lighting installation, pool lighting and shared driveway lighting. The intricate lighting design was a key feature of the project, with carefully positioned lighting creating ambience while highlighting the architectural details of the homes and landscaped outdoor spaces.

Inside, the lighting installation was designed to become part of the architecture itself. Feature pendants, wall lights and discreet integrated lighting complement the interior finishes, while concealed lighting along the timber staircase creates a warm architectural feature and provides practical illumination between levels.

The project also incorporated pool electrical systems and associated outdoor electrical infrastructure. These elements required careful coordination to integrate the pool equipment, lighting and electrical controls neatly within the landscaped areas.

From underground electrical services and switchboard installations through to lift electrical work, final fit-off and commissioning, every stage was completed with precision, attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
